This page describes management of the site with reference to the processing of the personal data of its users. This notice is given pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection for those who interact with web services of Dolfin S.p.A, accessible electronically using the addresses directly attributable to the Company: https://dolfin.it and https://www.polaretti.it corresponding to the initial pages of the official websites.

The information applies only to this site and not to other web sites accessed via links.

This statement is also prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must give users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of their connection.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the offices of Dolfin, and is only handled by technical staff in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

The domain name of the Dolfin site and related hosting are governed by a standard contract with MEDIAONLINE-MNT.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by navigators who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site Apart from this possibility, at present data concerning web contacts do not remain for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The provision of some services requires sending personal information to the site and its recording. Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service. Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to object to the processing for legitimate reasons.
